Fluke or what?

This morning, while I was checking my correspondence, I came across an interesting message. It was a completely white envelope, and inside, there  was a single sheet of paper with the word "NOW", typed in big bold letters.

Seeing this made me think: was that message intended to be read by somebody else, but delivered to my mailbox by some crazy mistake?, am I a member of a secret organization I never knew of?...


I haven't requested anything lately, and sincerely, I don't have a clue what the hell the message means, but it's kind of scary.
